Marco Busi is a research manager and a strategy and operations management consultant, focusing on global sourcing and supply chain management. He has worked in Italy, Scandinavia and the UK and holds an MSc in Industrial Management (Italy) and a PhD in Collaborative Performance Management (Norway). His skills are internationally recognised and he has been involved in several national and European research projects. He has more than 50 publications and is the founder of “Strategic Outsourcing, An International Journal” (Emerald). He delivers training on outsourcing, at a strategic, tactical and operational level.
